We do our very best to bring you a One Stop Shopping Experience! With High Quality products, we are certain you will love our selection. However, sometimes a product may not be what you thought it was or not fit like it should. We will be happy to accommodate your returns. Please take a minute to review the factors of our policy as well as the detailed policy for each product you are considering purchasing. Product availability is dependent on manufacturer's availability. For some reason, if a product is no longer available from the manufacturer in a certain size,pattern,etc. we will notify you letting you know of this and you can make your choice to cancel your order or choose a different size,pattern,etc.

*Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
*Customized/Personalized Items may be returned only if there is a manufacturing defect. All furniture is custom made.
*Car Seats Policy- If you wish to return a car seat, you must contact us within 24 hours. (For the safety and well being of all children and the comfort of all parents, we are very strict on our car seat return policy.)
*Shipping charges are not refundable. If the order placed received FREE Shipping, the shipping fees will be deducted at cost. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility!
*A Restocking Fee will apply to all Furniture and items that require an additional freight shipping charge.(This can be from 10%-25% depending on the manufacturer.)
 
Please review the detailed policy below. Custom Made Furniture and Customized Items:
We at Kolby's Korner Baby Boutique carry many items that are custom made especially for you upon order. All of these products & accessories are made just for you, with your specifications.
This includes all furniture and personalized/ monogrammed pieces.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items, as they are made only for you. If you wish to cancel an order for a custom made item, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If you have any questions regarding our return policy on custom made items, please contact us.


All Other Items:
Kolby's Korner Baby Boutique prides ourselves on the quality of our products and the high level of customer service we give to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
All Returned non-customized items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. (A Restocking Fee May Added.)
 
If you return an item after 20 days without a return authorization, we at Kolby's Korner Baby Boutique will suspect the product has been used, the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.


If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you with FREE Shipping, you will receive a refund for the purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs.


All Returns and Exchanges with a receipt, must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

For the safety of children and comfort of all parents our returns policy on Car Seats is very strict. If the Car Seat does not meet your requirements and you wish to return it, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your car seat with the receipt. The Car Seat must be returned in its original packaging with the safety instructions and manuals.
As a parent, we are certain you will appreciate the need for a strict policy!
