A. Absolutely! We take pride in our flexibility and the ability to give you the most unique products for your children. Please keep in mind there may be additional fees for cusom-made items. You will be notified of all custom made fees prior to confirming your order.

A: Most orders ship via Ground Delivery when they are shipped
(1-6 business days), however, you also have the option of either 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air.

Q: I want to send my order as a gift. How do I do this?

A. During your CHECKOUT steps, you will have the opportunity to enter both billing information and delivery information. Just enter the Gift Recipient's delivery address and we will take it from there.

Each Item Has The Expected Amount of Time To Ship on The Item Description. Each Item Is Shipped From The Individual Manufacturer, If You Are Purchasing An Item That Is An Exclusive From Kolby's Korner Baby Your In Stock Item Will Ship Within 4 Days. Custom Orders May Be Longer!
You May Receive More Than One Box or Shipments In Different Time Frames Depending On Your Item Purchased. Items May Come From Different Manufacturer's so Please don't think you did not receive all your items.
